Welcome to Veyro by Holy Bear. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application and associated web services (collectively, the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. No Real-Money Gambling
Veyro is a social, paper-money sports betting simulator designed purely for entertainment purposes.
- The App does not offer real-money gambling.
- Virtual currency used within the App has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or cashed out for real money, prizes, or any other item of value.
2. User Accounts and Conduct
- Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purposes, to harass or abuse other users, or to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities within the system. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms, engages in abusive behavior, or disrupts the community.
3. Data and Odds Accuracy
The sports data and odds provided within the App are sourced from third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the information, scores, or odds are error-free or up-to-date. All simulated bets are settled "as is" based on the data we receive, and we hold no liability for discrepancies or processing errors.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and features within the App are the exclusive property of Veyro by Holy Bear. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our express written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyro by Holy Bear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, service interruptions, or reliance on the information provided within the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this document or by providing a notice within the App. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
